My 3D swap

Good Morning Ladies!

Well I don't have a card for you today but I do have a creation for you. I wanted to do a 3D swap for convention but I couldn't think of anything. In talking to Connie from my Late Night Stampers group through e-mail I suggested a fleece flower pin. She thought it would be a great idea so I went with it.

There are some great videos out there telling you how to make the flowers so I watched them so I knew what I was doing. I found some variegated green fleece on one of my many trips to the fabric store so I picked it up. About a week later they had all their fleece on sale so I went down and purchased some pretty rose fleece and I was ready to create.

To make the flower you need to dies - the Circles #2 and the Island Floral. I started cutting all my material and last night I spent some time sewing them together. Here is my first creation. What do you think? Now my next question is how many of these do I make? I want to have enough to get some good 3D ideas but I also don't want to come back with a bunch of these. Any suggestions? Okay so here is my pin.

So what do you think? Do you think people will want to trade with me? I haven't forgotten about my blog candy. I will try to pull some things together and post it later today so check back. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Lovely flowers, Robbie. You should get some takers for that swap.

LOVE the flower! Very sweet and would be fun to wear or to embellish a tote, hat, or basket.

Cute!
